"I wanted to wait awhile before leaving a review. To date is has been 7 months. I am currently in grad school and would highly recommend Trevor and the wonderful account manager Amanda Mix to everyone. Payment. To keep things brief, the payments are low compared to other agencies I checked, those being gieco, progressive, and all-state. They also offer a package deal here that grants the insured person, you, a discounted monthly payment depending on how you drive. To date i have about 60 dollars taken off, which especially as a student, is very helpful. Trevor and Amanda will make things very easy for you regarding this process and I have not displeased once. Car accident. I have had one accident which went extremely well. For a bit of background, a young man hit my car, damage my front bumper, and repairs were about $2,600. After an easy filing claim, I went to a repair shop that too statefarm, paid only $500 for a deductible, and statefarm covered the rest. No nonsense, easy as that, and I was driving my fixed car within a week. Communication. Trevor and Amanda have both been very easy to get ahold of. If there is a delay in responding to you, they even apologize for it and note that they are busy. Its the simple things such as apologizing, even when they don't have to, that makes the experience just that much better. I even told them I am in grad school to which I received a nice card wishing me luck on my midterms. If Amanda or Trevor see this, midterms went well and I am now in my second year of law school. Time flies! Overall. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. I wanted to leave a review the first day I got insured with them, but thought a thorough review from time passing woth this team would be better.
